TIME: SATURDAY August 26th 10:30am-12:30pm

This workshop is only available for those who've completed OR are currently enrolled in Sourdough Starter Basics AND Sourdough Bread Baking Intermediate workshops.

In this workshop we'll bake 2 different styles of sourdough crusts: a more West Coast San Francisco style & a decorative European style. We'll focus on both baking and bread design techniques. You'll go home with the next level of baking expertise, an apron, multiple loaves of sourdough bread & a Bread Brothers Certificate of Sourdough Bread Mastery.
