This workshop covers the basics of sandwich bread making, taught by our Master baker, John Alldredge. You'll learn the top 4 bread myths & pitfalls to avoid so you don't make the most common bread mistakes. This class will give you a foundation for intermediate level Sandwich Bread #2.
