Croissants & Basic Pastry #1 Workshop
This in person workshop is held at 106 E. McKellips Rd. #111
In this workshop you'll learn the basic techniques of pastry making. We'll begin with information about ingredients and dough handling techniques that will set you up for success with croissants. A lot of this information will also be helpful in your other pastry making endeavors. This workshop will have you prepared for Croissants #2 which is happening the same day, October 14th from 2:30-3:30 pm.
