This intermediate level workshop goes deeper into flour, in particular whole grain flours. We'll teach you how to mill it yourself so you can start baking with the entire grain and benefit from 100% of its natural nutrition profile.
Whole grain flour performs differently in your recipes. Understanding how it works is critical to your success and gives you the knowledge you need to avoid common unnecessary additives many recipes will use to compensate.
