You'll leave with:

*a jar of our mature starter

*a jar of starter you create in class

*detailed instructions to take home as you practice growing, feeding & maintaining your starter.

If you've had questions in the past, have struggled to keep a starter alive or have just been too intimidated to give it a try, this is for you!
